Where did you grow up and what was your childhood like? Did you have any particular experiences/stories that shaped your adult life?

I grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona USA. I was raised in an upper-middle-class family. I had a sister who was 11 years older than me and moved out of the house when I was 6. So I had two separate families, at least it seemed. As I was just learning about universal laws and meditation, my sister committed suicide. It was one of the most challenging things I ever went through and was so grateful I had my spiritual training to move me through it.

What is something you wish you would’ve realized earlier in your life?

How energy is everything and how to master my own energy so I could move past things quicker.

What are bad recommendations you hear in your profession or area of expertise?

People teaching just about mindset and not the full conversation about energy mastery. The mindset is only one aspect of transformation.

Tell me about one of the darker periods you’ve experienced in life. How you came out of it and what you learned from it?

My youngest son, Maxim was rushed to the hospital for open heart surgery when he was 2 months old. It was a very confusing and scary time, but I applied what I teach about focusing on what you want and feeling as if it has already manifested and it ended wonderfully. I only spoke words of him coming home healthy. I only allowed myself to visualize and image him home and healthy. I future projected our family all together taking trips and enjoying life. He is now 10 and a strong, confident, funny young boy.

What is one thing that you do that you feel has been the biggest contributor to your success so far?

Learning about and applying the 7 Essential Laws: The Law of Attraction, Law of Deliberate Creation, Law of Allowing, The Law of Sufficiency and Abundance, The Law of Pure Potentiality, The Law of Detachment, and the Law of Polarity.

What is your morning routine?

I wake up around 7 am and I meditate. I then wake up my husband, my two boys, and take the dog out for a walk. I start my work around 8 am if I am doing a meditation series, or 10 am when I have clients, interviews, or classes.

What habit or behavior that you have pursued for a few years has most improved your life?

Meditation and energy work.

What are your strategies for being productive and using your time most efficiently?

I have very organized with my time and my planner. I also have an amazing team that I delegate tasks to so they are doing the things that need to be done, that I don’t need to do. I also have great support from my husband that helps with the house and the kids.

What book(s) have influenced your life the most? Why?

Ask and It Is Given by Abraham-Hicks changed my life. Even though I had been practicing the Law of Attraction for years before this book came out and it gave me such a deeper perspective. It taught me how important feeling my emotions are in order to connect and manifest.

Creating Money by Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer also changed my life. It helped me become more powerful than money than having money master me.

Do you have any quotes you live by or think of often?

Yes, and most of them are by The Divine Quantum Council of Light who I channel and they are:

“There are no problems, only perceptions of problems.”
“Nothing is a lesson, it is all a gift.”
“You have the choice in any moment where to put your faith.”
“If you think you can, or you think you can’t, you are right.” — Henry Ford
