What is something you wish you would’ve realized earlier in your life?

For my own training, I would have loved to discover variable resistance 20 years earlier… I’d be in the NFL most likely.

What are bad recommendations you hear in your profession or area of expertise?

Almost everything said in fitness is bad advice.

Tell me about one of the darker periods you’ve experienced in life. How you came out of it and what you learned from it?

I don’t take business partners, they usually drag you down.

What is one thing that you do that you feel has been the biggest contributor to your success so far?

Paying attention to the numbers.

What is your morning routine?

I travel so much, I do not have this luxury.

Documentation.

Knowing what to ignore.

From Zero to One by Peter Thiel. Read it well after starting my company, but it describes exactly what I did.
