Where did you grow up and what was your childhood like? Did you have any particular experiences/stories that shaped your adult life?

I grew up in Vermont. It was more or less a normal country life. At one point in my youth I was in a dark place got a course from Tony Robbins and it changed my life.

What is something you wish you would’ve realized earlier in your life?

That everything you want lies on the other side of courage.

What are bad recommendations you hear in your profession or area of expertise?

That a coach should scale their business and that leaders should sacrifice themselves for their company.

Learning how to create an identity that brings forth the reality I desire.

Weight lifting.

Planning my day in advance and using block time.

Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace D. Wattles, and The Bible.


Because the first two helped me rewrite my money mindset and the second taught me about unconditional love.
