Where did you grow up and what was your childhood like? Did you have any particular experiences/stories that shaped your adult life?
I spent my first 12 years in Chicago, living in a large apartment on the lake. I had a park and beach as my backyard. I remember taking the “L” train down to the “Loop” to go shop at Marshall Fields with my friend at age 11. It was a different day and age with more freedom when I was growing up in the ’60s. Life really changed when we moved to California. My memories of being a soul, trapped in a body, came back and I started studying esoteric books and courses which were readily available in California. I had friends I could discuss philosophical and spiritual concepts with, such as reincarnation.
What is something you wish you would’ve realized earlier in your life?
I wish I was more aware of my spiritual gifts and didn’t push them aside in my twenties. It always seems like I wasted 15 years in the corporate world but if I ask the Keepers of the Records in my Akashic Record, they say it’s all about learning, growing, and sharing your gifts. It doesn’t matter the timing or the order. It’s never too late to step into your divine wisdom and share your gifts.
What are bad recommendations you hear in your profession or area of expertise?
There are still people who go to fear, conspiracy theories, and dark energies in the spiritual realm. I believe we are wise and ancient souls, living our soul’s plan, as we grow and get wiser. Challenges are never based on being bad; karma is Not a punishment. It’s all part of our growth and an infinite soul.
Tell me about one of the darker periods you’ve experienced in life. How you came out of it and what you learned from it?
My best friend, from the time I was 5 years old, died in a car accident at nineteen. I was so angry at the Universe and Source that I decide to ignore my intuitive awareness and gifts and strike out into the world to have fun! I didn’t care what I’d come to do as a soul now that my soul-sister was gone. It was a path and I learned a lot. I don’t regret any of it and feel blessed that I made it through the wild ’70s in San Francisco, unscathed and wiser.
What is one thing that you do that you feel has been the biggest contributor to your success so far?
I believe when we align to our soul’s plan, we can create our life with greater ease. My deep connection to the Akashic Records and the Record Keepers has been profound in reclaiming my Gifts & Talents from many lifetimes. I follow the Record Keepers’ suggestions, which has helped me to bring this work out into the world. I feel they are always with me, making connections and helping me to be seen. the Akashic Record Keepers asked me to help them bring the Akashic information back to humanity by starting the Akashic Knowing School of Wisdom.
What is your morning routine?
I usually awake by 6:30 am but I love to meditate and expand while still comfy in bed. I enjoy coffee and reading in bed in the morning with my husband of thirty years. Then I jump into working and usually work until 7 pm. I’m a bit of a workaholic and hermit so I don’t leave the house often unless I’m traveling to sacred sites. During this last year, I have been to 3 sacred locations. I went to 18 sacred sites in Egypt in September, we went to the Yucatan in Mexico and Chichen Itza Pyramid in January, and now the Bosnian Pyramid and Croatia. I believe that many lightworkers are here to upgrade the grids and lay lines of Earth and by going to sacred sites we are doing our energy work.
What habit or behavior that you have pursued for a few years has most improved your life?
Accessing my soul guidance and wisdom through my Akashic Records has been transformational. I go into my Akash daily and ask for guidance; the highest and best next steps for my business, and to support my family and community. I have reclaimed talents of writing and teaching from past lives in the Akashic Records which has made it easier to do my work more publicly.
What are your strategies for being productive and using your time most efficiently?
My main strategy is to do everything I can to share the wisdom and energy of the Akashic Records. To that end, I’m finishing my third book, working on getting on the TEDx stage as well as more radio shows and podcasts.
Because I’m aligned to my soul purpose the focus comes pretty easily. I also have the energetic and creative push of the Akashic Record Keepers, helping me to stay productive. Website: www.AkashicKnowing.com
What book(s) have influenced your life the most? Why?
I started reading spiritual books in the ’70s when I was only 14 years old. My best friend had died of a brain tumor and I had a deep-seated feeling I should have been able to ‘heal’ her. I had a memory of other lifetimes and I was looking for answers to the “big life questions” that were coming up. Because I could remember not being in a physical form, more of etheric energy as a “soul trapped in a body”, I loved Journeys Out of the Body by Robert Monroe. In the more philosophic style, I loved: Be Here Now by Baba Ram Dass, The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, and Zen and Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse. I even continued on to minor in Philosophy at the University.
Do you have any quotes you live by or think of often?
I love these two quotes because they support me as I walk an unusual path. I believe I’m assisting people to remember the truth of who they are as ancient and wise souls.
“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.” -Eleanor Roosevelt
“Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.” -Ralph Waldo Emerson
